Soft Water Restaurant in Hanoi
No 42, Road Number 9, F361An Duong Street - Yen Phu - Tay Ho - Hanoi.
For years, the owner of the land and garden now known as Soft Water restaurant has kept it hidden from the public, only opening it to friends and relatives to escape, eat, laugh and enjoy life.
However, recently the owner and his family decided to open it to the public as a way of sharing the experience only a few had had in the past. In celebration of Hanoi’s 1000th birthday, Soft Water was created, bringing the synthesis of food and nature to a new level.
Located on the banks of the banks of Red River in Vietnam’s capital, Hanoi, Soft Water restaurant features the finest-quality cuisine, with a fusion of American and local ingredients and also featuring exotic flavors from throughout Asia.
Soft Water’s simple design, immaculate gardens and fish-filled streams are all part of this “old-meets-new” holistic approach to fine dining. It integrates the architecture of a 19th century Chinese home with 21st century comfort and service.
The aim is for all customers to have a dining experience like they have never had before.
The experience starts when customers step onto the lush green lawns, walk through the carved stone entrance and view the award-winning collection of trees dating back many hundred years. At this time customers enjoy the stillness of the water streams and are greeted by the warm smiles of the welcoming staff. Customers then experience the pleasing smell of the fresh ingredients permeating for the restaurant, excellent selections of wines and aged old liquors at the outdoor bar, and mouth-watering cuisine of the sizzling tempura bar.
Once inside the restaurant customers enjoy the décor, featuring hand-made wooden chairs, while enjoying the outlook over the gardens and ponds.
Soft Water’s aim is to provide an unique and memorable dining experience which incorporates many of life’s pleasures into one occasion.
